What leaders ask most often.
Because development and digitalization projects rarely fit into a fixed-price box. A custom software project, an integration project or a digitalization program can vary by a factor of 10 in size. A fixed website price would either be too low (and later need adjustment) or too high (and discourage realistic projects). We prefer to provide an honest estimate after a free consultation.
The range goes from a few thousand euros (a short assessment or PoC), through tens of thousands of euros (system design, smaller developments), to more than €100,000 (a complete custom system or a larger digitalization program). After the consultation, we can provide a more accurate estimate within this range.
Typically, within 1–2 weeks after the consultation we can prepare the proposal (or define the scope of the recommended preparation phase). Actual project kickoff is usually 2–6 weeks after contracting, depending on project scope and your internal decision-making process.
Public sector and government, banking and finance, energy, utilities, telecommunications, logistics, urban services and public administration. We have also worked in industrial and manufacturing environments, although these are not our primary focus areas. During the consultation we can review whether we have industry-specific experience relevant to your project.
Java, .NET, modern web technologies (React, Angular), mobile platforms, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), Oracle and SQL Server databases, and integration technologies. Technology selection always follows the project context — we do not force projects into a preferred stack.
In many cases, yes. The first step is usually a short code audit and project assessment to determine whether the original direction can be continued, whether partial rewriting is needed, or whether a complete redesign would be more practical. We can discuss this during the consultation.
During the consultation we do not access your systems or data — it is a discussion about your situation, not code or data processing. If we later work together on a project, we sign an NDA and only use access rights within the scope of the engagement.
