Development and digitalization inquiries typically start from one of the situations below. If you recognize any of them, it's probably worth having a conversation.
Does this sound familiar?
Then it’s worth spending 30 minutes discussing your system environment and opportunities.
Development and digitalization projects vary in depth, so they can begin at different phases. We'll start together in one of the 3 typical phases below — depending on where your situation stands. During the consultation, we'll decide together which one to enter first.
When it's not yet clear what exactly needs to be done. Together we map the current operations, pain points, and existing systems — and decide what the most critical area is to build on.
When you know what you want to build (ERP module, custom platform, digitalization project) but a detailed plan needs to be put together before development begins. Process model, architecture, integrations, user roles, timeline.
Building the plans. Custom software development, system integration, digitalization project execution, testing, go-live, handover — in a live environment, for live use.
We'll figure it out together in 30 minutes — no obligation, honest opinion.
The list below covers the development and digitalization areas where we have implementation experience — over 15+ years and 200+ projects.
Process and Document Management — Digitalization of corporate workflows, including approval chains, form handling, document registration, and operational workflows. Document management systems, file administration, version tracking, archiving, and Company Gateway integration. Based on our own DOCMAN product, implemented across five companies within the SZKHT group.
Custom CRM, ERP, business management systems, customer portals, B2B portals, and internal employee interfaces — built on top of existing system data, with modern web technologies and long-term support.
Anonymization, access control, and compliance solutions aligned with GDPR requirements. Secure data handling across enterprise systems, with audit trails and regulation-ready architecture.
Are you in one of these industries — or working on something different?
These areas represent most of our work — but they don’t define what we take on. If your situation involves something different, we’ll discuss during the consultation whether we have relevant experience that can help.
A selection of our publicly referenceable clients — all development or digitalization work, in varying depth and topic context.
More detailed project descriptions can be found on the Projects page. If you’d like to work with us in an industry or topic area not covered there, we’ll review during the consultation whether we have other, non-public references.
You’ve seen the kinds of clients we develop for.
If you recognize experience relevant to your industry or sector, let’s spend 30 minutes discussing your project.
30 minutes is not enough for a detailed proposal. The goal is to understand your situation together and make the logical next step clear.
You don't have to buy a development project from us after the consultation. But you'll know whether it's worth it — and how.
What leaders ask most often.
Because development and digitalization projects rarely fit into a fixed-price box. The size of a custom software project, an integration project, or a digitalization program can vary by 10x from project to project. A fixed price on the website would either be too low (and we’d have to correct it afterward) or too high (and we’d scare off realistic projects). We’d rather give an honest number after a free consultation.
Range: from a few thousand euros (a short assessment or PoC) to tens of thousands of euros (system design, smaller development) or hundreds of thousands of euros (full custom system or longer digitalization program). After the consultation, we can give a more precise estimate within that range.
After the consultation, we can typically prepare the proposal (or the proposed preparatory phase scope) within 1–2 weeks. Actual project kick-off is 2–6 weeks from contract signing — depending on scope size and where your internal decision process stands.
Public and government sector, banking and finance, energy, utilities, telecommunications, logistics, urban management, public administration. We’ve also worked in the industrial and manufacturing sector, but that’s not our primary area. During the consultation, we’ll check whether we have industry-specific experience relevant to your project.
Java, .NET, modern web technologies (React, Angular), mobile platforms, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), Oracle and SQL Server databases, system integration tools. Technology selection always follows from the specific project context — we don’t try to fit the project to a preferred stack.
In many cases, yes. The first step in such cases is a short code audit and situation assessment, from which we can determine: can it continue in the current direction, does it need a partial rewrite, or is a full rethink more logical? We’ll discuss this during the consultation.
During the consultation, we don’t access your data — it’s a conversation about your situation, not code or data processing. If we later work together on a project, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and all access is used within the scope of the engagement.
Send a short email — the contact form works too. We respond within 1–2 business days. If the question is short and specific, a consultation isn’t needed.
